She will walk, but she rushes, she will pull me, and I’m pretty small, and she is a full gorwn, very strong dog.
Reading up on training for walking, I read that every time she pulls I should stop her and walk her around in a small circle.
Which do, and she will stop puling for about 3 feet, and then will pull again.
She is very scared of children and other dogs (especially smaller dogs).
Every time a car is parked next to the sidewalk she ducks and runs past it, she’s even scared of mail boxes.
If a car passes by, the first thing she does is turn around and runs between my legs, which will physically pull me over.
Its not only embarrassing, but dangerous.
We exposed her to all of these things as a puppy and regularly as she grew, but she is still just terrified, and because of it, she’s not being taken on many walks, with the lack of exercise, she has been gaining weight and been getting really bored and has started to chew on everything (our deck, the hot tub cover, the side of the house).

we bought her from a breeder at 6 weeks old.

And when she was a puppy we took her on walks and she’s just as scared now as she was then. she gets very anxious, especially when she sees we’re near home, sometimes she will manage to pul herself out of her collar to run home and wait at the door to get in.
